Yingkou Liaohe Aluminium Products (YLAP) was first established as a State-owned organisation in 1984, before being taken over as a privately owned corporation during 2000.
With 6 computer controlled extrusion presses imported from Taiwan, the plant has a production capacity in excess of 15,000 tonnes per annum. The twin horizontal powdercoat lines, imported from America and Switzerland, have a capacity of over 7,000 tonnes per annum. Japanese technology has been applied in the anodizing lines, with a capacity of around 5,000 tonnes per annum.
As the degree of sophistication of YLAP products grew and thier ISO9001 certification was approved, their production was progressively introduced to export clients in Australia, Japan, Holland, France, North America, United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Korea and South Africa.
While more than a boutique extruder, YLAP has the capacity and client centred focus to service both smaller customers with specialized needs, through to the larger customer seeking significant mass production.
YLAP also is proud of their research and development division, consisting of more than 50 staff, whose principal responsibility is the on-going improvement and innovation in their production and design facilities.
